From Studio to Space: Bank House, Chislehurst
I’m delighted to have recently installed a selection of my work at Bank House Restaurant in Chislehurst. The pieces are currently on loan and will remain on display until they find a permanent home.
I installed the work myself, which is always one of my favourite parts of the process. After spending so much time creating the pieces in the studio, it’s rewarding to see them take on a new life within a public space. The restaurant provides a completely different context for the work, allowing it to be experienced by new audiences and become part of the everyday environment.
As an artist, opportunities like this are incredibly valuable. Rather than sitting in the studio, the work has the chance to be seen, enjoyed, and hopefully connect with future collectors. I’m grateful to Bank House for providing a space for the pieces and look forward to seeing where their journey leads next.
If you're visiting Bank House, keep an eye out for the installation and feel free to get in touch if you'd like to know more about the work.
